Augusta Heights Baptist Church hosts the offices of the Christian Learning Centers of Greenville, SC with Mrs. Janice Butler as Executive Director.

The Christian Learning Centers of Greenville County organization exists to provide Biblical instruction for school-aged children (grades 1-12) as an opportunity to get them to (1) embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ, (2) grow in the Christian Faith, and (3) apply Biblical principles for living.  The program is called Released-Time Christian Education.

We are so grateful for the partnership we share with Augusta Heights Baptist Church in sharing Gods word with public school students.  We use their facility occasionally to conduct Bible classes for students of Hughes Academy and Blythe Academy.  The church also donates three large offices (housed in the church facility) for our use.

It is our prayer that God will continually bless the Augusta Heights Baptist Church congregation for their faithful use of His resources.

Mrs. Janice Butler

Basic Christian principles are taught through our interdenominational ministry.  Current issues such as citizenship, civic responsibility, peer pressure, self-esteem, sexuality, alcohol and substance abuse, family issues and conflict resolution are considered from a Biblical perspective.  The Gospel of Jesus Christ is shared with students during each class session.

All public school students are eligible to participate in the program regardless of their race, gender, religion, national origin or disability.  If you reside in Greenville, South Carolina, parents may enroll their children in the program by calling the Christian Learning Centers of Greenville County office at 864-236-0450.
